At VIVE Profit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VIVE Profit account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
